At Motorola Mobility, I led the creative design and development of high-volume global marketing campaigns, including new product integrations, evergreen initiatives, and customer lifecycle engagement campaigns. I produced email, web, social, push, and other campaign assets at scale, delivering performance-driven creative across millions of consumer touchpoints, while also maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

  • At the scale of 1B+ email recipients per year, every design decision compounds. The challenge was building and growing creative systems flexible enough to support dozens of product launches and partner campaigns, including Amazon, Swarovski, NBA, MLB, Google, and more, while also maintaining a consistent premium brand voice across all mediums. Relevance was also integral to our work because partnering with the right collaborators and leaning into cultural moments was the key to repositioning Motorola as a brand that people still love to engage with. Scalable templates and A/B tested design variations were also essential in making all of the work successful without sacrificing quality.

    • Led design for CRM lifecycle marketing campaigns for a 17M+ audience, along with A/B testing for accurate decision-making

    • Developed creative systems supporting multiple new product launches across web, email, push, and social

    • Collaborated on campaigns with T-Mobile, Amazon, MLB, NBA, Google, Paris Hilton, Coco Jones, Swarovski, and more

    • Contributed to campaigns generating 12M+ sessions and ~$13M in revenue, while simultaneously training interns
