At Motorola Mobility, I led creative development for high-volume global marketing campaigns by supporting new product launches and customer lifecycle engagement. I produced email, web, social, and other campaign assets at a large scale in order to maintain brand consistency, while also delivering performance-driven creative across millions of customer touchpoints.

  • At the scale of 1B+ emails per year, every design decision compounds. The challenge was building and growing creative systems flexible enough to support dozens of product launches and partner campaigns, including FIFA, NBA, MLB, Google, and more, while also maintaining a consistent premium brand voice across all mediums. The work was also about relevance because partnering with the right collaborators and leaning into cultural moments was integral to reposition Motorola as a brand that people still love to engage with. Scalable templates and tested design variations were also essential to making all the work without sacrificing quality.

    • Led design for CRM lifecycle marketing campaigns,  reaching 1B+ in annual emails
