ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Cheryl, a Chicago-based multidisciplinary Senior Designer and Art Director with experience in brand and web design, advertising, and marketing. I fell in love with both graphic and web design as a child, spending all my free time teaching myself Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, exploring typographic pairings, and cementing my lifelong calling. I’ve had that passion ever since, balancing my love for design with life as a home improvement enthusiast, avid book reader, photographer, UGC content creator, and proud cat mom to Poppy!
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a postgraduate certificate in Graphic Design from Chicago Portfolio School. I'm currently the Senior Brand Designer of D'Souza D'Signs, a design agency serving 100+ clients globally for 9+ years. I've worked with many large household names as well. I have also recently served as the Lead CRM Designer at Motorola, where I worked heavily on all things digital. I pride myself on my attention to detail and ability to switch from minimalism to maximalism whenever it's needed!
