AIMING HIGHER WITH FOLLETT

At Follett Higher Education, I co-led creative execution for the omnichannel marketing campaigns, supporting thousands of collegiate bookstores across North America. The scope included retail, print, digital channels, and more. I produced high-volume assets that aligned with each campus identity, while also maintaining brand consistency across the large-scale seasonal campaigns as well.

  • At scale, consistency and relevance are usually in tension. With 2,700+ bookstores across hundreds of campuses, the challenge was building and growing a system that is flexible enough to reflect each school's identity and seasonal rhythms, without fragmenting their overall brand. A template and asset system was the solution that standardized the structure, while also leaving room for campus-specific customization as well.
